We strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. To maintain this standard, we have implemented the following policies regarding cancellations and no-shows. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee ensures our barbers’ time is valued and helps us accommodate other clients effectively.
2. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend their appointment without notice. After three no-shows or late cancellations, clients will be required to either:
- Pay for their appointment upfront.
- Provide a deposit to secure their booking.
This policy helps us minimize disruptions and allows other clients to utilize our services.
3. Prepayment and Deposit Requirements
For clients with 3 or more no-shows or late cancellations, we will request payment in advance or a deposit to confirm future bookings. The deposit amount will be determined based on the services booked.
